Join one of the Chenrezig nuns for a guided analytical-style meditation on core topics within the Tibetan Buddhist path. There will be a short introduction to the meditation topic and time for questions afterwards. (Note this regular Wednesday night event does not happen when one of our regular pujas falls on Wednesday, check the website for more information) An introductory event.
